CONNECT WITH US.

tabula rasa: (noun) blank slate

I appreciate the concept of tabula rasa as it suggests that at our very core - deep in our heart - we are who we are, and who we've always been. And if we can touch that place, strengthen it, cultivate it and build internal positive regard for it, then I believe we can get past the wounds and defense strategies we hold, and develop more peaceful and fulfilling lives.

Understanding that the journey of introspection and self-healing is as individual as how we take our coffee, Lindsay's style is grounded in creating space for you to be who you are at your core. Her style is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with use of Mindfulness practices, Trauma approaches, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and systems work.

She is passionate about holistic wellness. Mind-body-soul healing, and believes we cannot have one without tuning into the rest. It is her goal to help others quiet the mind (and the busy world) enough to get in touch with the heart and body and find true healing.

In her off time, you will find Lindsay on the water soaking up the sun, sitting around a fire, gardening, attempting to master an authentic ethnic recipe, planning a trip, or with her family.

Growing up in Eastern Washington, Lindsay holds deep respect for the farming and trade communities and bridging the unfortunate political and socioeconomic gap that often deters folks from taking care of their mental health.
