2. You will then receive access to the client portal where you can access intake documents, our scheduling system and secure messaging platform.

3. The intake appointment will last up to an hour and will cover your history, symptoms and goals for our time together. At that point, we will decide how often you would like to come in. You are the driver. We will get to know one another and begin building a plan to meet your goals.  

All sessions may be held virtually as needed. We use a system called Simple Practice. You can access the HIPAA-compliant platform via computer or free app "Telehealth for Simple Practice".

individual session (55-min.): $180

couples session (up to 90 min.): $180-270 private pay only

I understand the cost of therapy can seem daunting, and strive to offer different options to make the choice affordable. Please contact me for more information on reduced rate groups, meditation coaching, reduced rate time-of-day slots, and less intensive session packages.
