Lindsay often works with individuals who are bogged down by the stress of daily life and are experiencing anxiety, depression, and detachment and disconnect in personal relationships. She works with survivors of intimate partner violence, crime victims, children of dysfunctional families, complex trauma, disorders of Self and identity, as well as individuals who have experienced victimization by systems or incarceration.
Alex connects with his clients deeply through person-centered practices, authenticity and sitting with the rawest of emotions. Alex believes in the importance of identity work, embodiment of true masculinity and the role of vulnerability inside the office as well as in clients' daily lives. He introduces a safe place for depth work, creating a relationship with Self and navigating highs and lows of life and emotion.

We work with couples seeking to change or improve communication, build and strengthen intimacy, address sexual issues and infidelity/betrayal. Hope is not lost.
